KYC-AML

Our KYC and AML Policy describes how we verify player identity, review payment activity, check source of funds, and monitor account security. These procedures help us reduce fraud risks, block suspicious transactions, and protect accounts from unauthorized use.

Why verification is required

As a licensed online casino operating under applicable gambling regulations, we are legally required to verify the identity of every player before certain account activities can take place. These obligations exist to prevent money laundering, counter-terrorist financing and underage gambling. Compliance with KYC and AML standards is not optional – it is a condition of our licence and a commitment we take seriously on behalf of all players using the platform.

When verification is triggered

Identity verification may be requested at the point of registration, before a withdrawal is processed, when account activity reaches certain thresholds, or at any stage where additional confirmation is needed to satisfy our compliance obligations. In some cases, further checks may be initiated based on transaction patterns or other risk indicators, regardless of whether a withdrawal has been requested. Accounts where verification has not been completed may have certain features restricted until the process is finalised.

Documents we require

To verify your identity, we ask for a valid government-issued photo ID such as a passport or driver’s licence. Proof of residential address is also required and can be provided in the form of a recent utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months. Where payment method verification is needed, supporting documentation such as a bank statement or screenshot of an e-wallet account may be requested. All documents must be current, clearly legible and show the relevant details in full.

Source of funds

In certain circumstances, particularly where deposits or activity levels exceed defined thresholds, we may request documentation to confirm the source of funds being used on the platform. This is a standard requirement under AML obligations and applies across the industry. Acceptable documentation includes recent payslips, tax returns, bank statements or other records that reasonably demonstrate the origin of the funds. Requests of this kind are handled with discretion and do not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the player.

How we handle your documents

All documentation submitted as part of the verification process is handled in strict confidence. Files are stored securely and accessed only by authorised compliance personnel. Documents are not shared with third parties except where required by law or our licensing obligations. Retention of verification records meets the minimum periods set by applicable AML legislation, after which materials are securely destroyed.

Ongoing monitoring

Our compliance obligations do not end once an account has been verified. Transaction activity is monitored on an ongoing basis to identify patterns that may indicate unusual or potentially suspicious behaviour. Where such activity is detected, we are obligated to take appropriate action, which may include requesting further documentation, temporarily restricting account access, or reporting the matter to the relevant authorities. These measures are in place to protect the integrity of the platform and the broader financial system.
